Hassle Free Return:
Free Return within 7 days of shipment.
Please read our returns policy details and ensure you have all the information to return your purchase properly and correctly.
On Accepting the Parcel:
- If the seal of parcel is broken please do not accept parcel from delivery boy.
- Make the unboxing video to make sure the item within is not broken, without video evidence no refund will be made.
For Refund the Product must:
- Be unused and without any flaws.
- Include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
- Be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of HAQ Electric packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
Damaged Items:
Valid reasons to return an item.
- If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window. Your product will be eligible for refund depending on the product category and condition.
- Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival).
- Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation different on website) / incomplete (missing parts).
- Delivered Product is “No longer needed” (you do not like the product after opening the package) - eligible for selected products only.

Exceptions:
- Please note that some products are not eligible for a return if in case the product is "No longer needed".
- For device related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, we will refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable).
- For software-related technical issues or installation issues in items belonging to the software category, please contact the brand directly.
- If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
Refund Process:
- If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method based on the table below. The shipping fee is refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.
- The refund time starts once the quality check is completed.
- Refund will be made through any account number (Bank, Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash Etc.) inquired through the phone number through which order was placed initially.
- It will take approximately 5–10 working days to make refund payment.
Download Return Form and Print it. Once we receive the product back as a return, we'll provide you with the full amount refund in your bank account.
HAQ Electric reserves the right to refuse or limit any returns that, in HAQ Electric’s sole judgment, appear to be fraudulent, abusive, in violation of these terms, or otherwise inappropriate. See Terms & Conditions for more information.
